A bunch of states just voted in less restrictive health care for women, and Trump has said he'll veto any bill intended to outlaw abortion rights. Things are still scary, but at least on that front, almost hopeful. Heck, even Florida nearly expanded abortion rights and would have if they'd gone by simple majority rather than 60%.
