A very insightful piece. I love Brené Brown but I do also recognize what you are saying about how what she has to offer is most relevant to white women. My sense is that Brown has started to hear this bit of constructive criticism and is pondering what to do about it. She seems (at least to me) quite concerned about noticing her privilege, etc, so I'll be curious to see what comes of it as relates to her work. In the meantime, us white women can indeed cultivate courage around making space for all women.
