What women want in a man is faithfulness and dependability, a sense of humor, the ability to listen, and a sense of style. Only 13 percent of women cited muscular build as a factor in physical attractiveness. On the other hand, 66 percent of women said moral integrity will “make me quiver.”

Women want to be treated with respect, like a person that you want to get to know and spend time with. If you do that and have confidence in yourself about what you bring to the relationship, most women will respond well to that. If you have trouble "dealing" with women, perhaps some therapy is in order.
