Actually, the purpose of the electoral college was to make sure that the rabble never got enough power to outvote the interests of the rich. And it has nothing at all to do with Federal vs. state power. Once again, you have no real idea of what you speak, but it doesn’t prevent you from blathering on anyhow……..
