And that's all well and good, but it still does not remotely prove anything that you've tried to "in theory" assert with no data, no facts, no research to back it up. In general, men do have greater upper body strength than women. So what? That's the only actual fact that you've stated and I agree with it - but beyond that, it doesn't prove squat about the appropriateness of women in mining. You've got ideas of how you imagine things are, but those aren't facts. Show me some research about how women in mining has negatively affected productivity and then we'll talk, but short of that, you are grasping at straws.
