As already noted and well documented, getting more power through domination and violence comes at a HUGE toll - to both society and to men. I'm asking men to consider that part and act accordingly. But you are correct, that a large part of the problem is that men at "the top" of our culture are some of the worst offenders and have little interest in seeing things change. That's why we need everyday men to take this on in much greater numbers. Most successful changes in our culture have come due to grassroots movements, not by those in power initiating them.
