As I understand it, a man could have sex with anyone but a married woman, since as you said, that was theft. But an unmarried woman could not have sex with anyone unless she was a prostitute. Again, this is stealing her potential as a wife. That’s why women who were raped were sometimes stoned or forced to marry their rapists. All this sexual freedom is for the man, usually between him and the women that he owns.
