As someone who is polyamorous, I applaud you for breaking down pointless or counter-productive barriers to find a life that works for you and your family. It’s hard not having a road map, I know, but as you said, it allows you to co-create a relationship that truly works for all of the people in it. I heartily agree that one can still pair bond with only one person but shed a lot of the baggage that comes with monogamy mindset. Kudos!
