As the mother of a young adult son who is autistic and non-verbal, I had a very hard time emotionally reading this story. I almost don't have the words for how profoundly upsetting this is - in large part because it's so completely unnecessary to treat anyone in this manner.
In my belief system, Hell is where you get confronted with all of the terrible things you did to other people and you just have to keep reliving them time and again. I normally don't wish other people pain, but I sure don't mind imagining this cinema manager in Hell.
