Because as far as I am aware absolutely nobody is advocating for late term abortions. It's unnecessary and extraneous to take a stand about something that is already a given that everyone agrees on.
1) People are angry that Roe was thrown out and they want it back.
2) Roe established viability as the cut-off for legal abortions
3) Nearly all abortions take place well before 12 weeks. Viability begins at 22 weeks.
QED there is no need to waste time pointing out or clarifying something that is already crystal clear.
I'm glad that you at least acknowledge that some of Dancova's individual positions are problematic, but the "extremism" he is railing against is simply anguished women distraught that they have lost fundamental civil rights - it's not women who are advocating for terminating late stage pregnancies because as I've already said several times, pretty much nobody is advocating for that. Plus, that isn’t what he said. For some unknown reason you inferred that based on nothing. It's not a point of discussion or contention anywhere that I am aware of. Under Roe late stage abortions were illegal unless there was some dire medically compelling reason and that was fine.
Advocating means demanding to have the rights that were codified by law for over 50 years by Roe to be restored. If you don't understand that basic truism, you really shouldn't be attempting to discuss this topic.
