Yes, humans have impulses towards putting themselves into hierarchical rankings, AND the way that humans evolved and lived for millions of years is that they actively suppressed those inclinations with reverse dominance hierarchies where the rest of the community keeps such people in check. This is what I've said to you over and over and over again and instead of accepting that and understanding it, you come back with more stuff that discounts it, even going so far as to say that you know more about this than the head of the Jane Goodall center when faced with facts that you can't refute in any substantive way. And no, all societies do not have leaders. Current forager groups operate without leaders (making it incredibly likely that ancient ones did not either) and neither did early proto-agricultural enclaves such as Catalhuyuk which came out of those Paleolithic forager bands, which I already linked you a story about, including this quote from the anthropologist who heads the research site, "Ian Hodder (current archeological director of the site) does believe that it was this highly developed system of beliefs and rituals that helped the settlement to be cohesive in the absence of leaders (for 2 thousand years).
