Beside the shaming aspect, did that person imagine there would be a time when "old" people lose interest in sex? The facts don't actually align with that. Plenty of nursing homes have STD problems. There are married/cohabitating people who are desperately lonely and there are single people who are nurtured, supported, and fulfilled. Marital status or relationship style has nothing to do with that. Good piece!
