But the problem is not in implementing the changes, it's in even recognizing that this mountain of evidence is useful. Even most people who continued to smoke accepted the research that it wasn't good for them. Most men won't even accept the mountain of evidence that indicates they are killing and harming themselves (and everyone else). It's more like climate science denial than it is smoking.
