But you didn't answer my question - does your denomination truly see men and women as entirely equal? And if so, then why do you need to fit people into "equal" boxes that are separate when very clearly there is a huge amount of overlap? If a woman is a pastor, how does that fit in with her "female nature" if men are also pastors?
