Denmark does not have a rape culture. There's one. Most patriarchal cultures do have some level of rape culture, because entitlement to female bodies goes hand in hand with that.
Edit: I looked into this further to confirm it, and it turns out I was wrong. Denmark and the other Nordic countries, despite being generally strong on gender equality, still also have cultures where rape is pervasive and victims are stigmatized, retraumatized by the system, and many perpetrators go free or are under punished.

You are in severe cognitive dissonance here. I gave you example after example of men who admitted that they had committed rape who got no jail time. That's not a "hard to prove" situation. They said they did it. I've given you example after example, many of them from very recently, of how the system actually works. I've given you quotes from a policewoman who worked that area who gave shocking testimony of how little rape is prosecuted, even when the guy has admitted it, even when there is photographic evidence. Relying on this lame narrative that there just wasn't enough evidence "to be sure" is completely contrived so that you don't have to interface with the truth. We live in a culture that allows for, turns a blind eye to, and largely does not punish rape. That's a rape culture.
And innocent until proven guilty means that the prosecution has the weight of proof in a trial situation, not that even in the face of evidence to the contrary, you are considered to be innocent until it’s definitively decided. If that were the case, no-one would go to trial in the first place, because they'd be presumed innocent.
According to the U.S. Supreme Court, the presumption of the innocence of a criminal defendant is best described as an assumption of innocence that is indulged in the absence of contrary evidence (Taylor v. Kentucky, 436 U.S. 478, 98 S. Ct. 1930, 56 L. Ed. 2d 468 [1978]). It is not considered evidence of the defendant’s innocence, and it does not require that a mandatory inference favorable to the defendant be drawn from any facts in evidence.
I've already reiterated time and again that a rape culture is determined by the number of people in the culture who are raped as well as the attitudes and responses to that (which are unfavorable to the victim, and indulgent of the perpetrator — as distinctly different from any other crime) Now, how about you answer my questions?
