Do you honestly think that Medium cares whether or not she was being "mean" or "unfair" to someone? No, they asked her to take down a story where she named a fellow writer without his express consent. It's against Medium rules, something that I considered bringing up to you in my original comment, but decided against because being the Medium rules police is not my main objective.

The very idea that Medium asked Shannon to remove a story because she was mad that her cause did not get donated to by someone is just not remotely in the realm of truth.
