Everything that I have said has been on behalf of all of the victims. You can’t quote one thing that I’ve said that discounts the pain or issues of men. In fact, I’ve quite affirmatively talked about them, with sympathy and concern. But you know what, it’s not a fucking contest! It’s possible to talk about things affecting women, and then to also talk about things affecting men. You’ve made it into a contest, which is patriarchal zero sum thinking.
You, on the other hand are denigrating the pain and trauma of women, and actively excusing criminal behavior, “because the aggressors weren’t raised to know any better.” That’s not a feminist stance, by the way. You might want to change your self-identifying language to apologist instead. I don’t personally identify as a feminist. I identify as a pragmatist who wants to see happen the things that make the most impact for the better for the most people.
