Exactly! I think at least a portion of our societal issues are that the world is being run by people who were deeply wounded and never got help. I heard well respected doctor Gabor Maté speak about this once and it made a lot of sense to me. And, I think it's also pretty mainstream science now that trauma lives in the body and creates physical symptoms. Thanks for writing about such an important topic.
