Facts don't care about your feelings. The gender oppression of the 1950s was the whole reason the women's movement arose in the first place. If 50s women had been happy, they would have ignored it and it would have died out. Instead, it’s a direct result of women being driven to gin and "mother's little helper" prescriptions to cope with their lives. Continuing inequality and things like the Dobbs decision keep younger women realizing how relevant feminism still is. They aren’t buying into idealolgy — the daily experiences of their lives since young childhood are quite sufficient.
Marriage is on the decline worldwide and so is having children. Some of that is economic but a whole lot of it is social and women who have been married overwhelmingly don't want to do it again. It doesn't matter if conservatives have more children - they are still on the decline (which is why they are freaking out and doing dumb shit like storming the Capitol). By 2045 whites will be a minority in the US and younger people are overwhelmingly less conservative.
Younger women are more educated than men these days and women also tend to be more liberal. At some point, women will be holding the majority of the office jobs, including in government.
Your personal emotions about all of this are entirely irrelevant because they are out of alignment with facts, but thanks for the story idea.
