Fathers being expected to be physically strong is not a part of toxic masculinity. And feminine energy has nothing to do with lifting cars off of babies.
So-called "toxic" masculinity is when traditionally masculine traits are taken to unhealthy extremes -ones that harm society as well as the men themselves. For example, confidence turns into cockiness; assertiveness turns into aggressiveness, independence becomes isolation, etc.
Feminine energy is most easily understood through the lens of the Taoists' concepts of Yin and Yang, which aren't related to actual gender since all humans are a blend of both. Yin traits include being nurturing, intuitive, collaborative, receptive, and flexible, among others.
Here's something I wrote a while back about how the Disney movie Moana demonstrates feminine power.
Here’s something else that I wrote that explores “toxic” versions of both feminity and masculinity.
