Feeling something and acting on it are two very different things. I don't leer at or touch every man (or woman) I am attracted to. I do not think I have the right to comment on stranger's appearance or to assert that they must want my attentions simply based on what they are wearing. As Katie mentioned, this is what separates us from animals.
