First of all, why do women owe anybody they are not attracted to their affection or attention? Nobody would ever say that to a man. And secondly, this exact entitlement to women's bodies, attention, and affection is what is driving incels. They aren't just lonely guys who can't get a date. Most of them have never even tried to talk to a woman, and yet, if cheerleaders don't fall from the sky into their laps, they want to kill them.

Elliot Rodger, a murderous incel who still is often invoked and inspires others in the incel community — including a string of copycat murder sprees — never even approached a woman or tried to get a date. Apparently, the hot blonde sorority girls that he desired were supposed to just drop in his lap, and when they didn’t, he resolved to kill them. He was a decent-looking guy who probably could have had a girlfriend if that was what he really wanted. But I don’t think that he wanted someone “in his league” — he felt that he was owed the most beautiful and socially desirable women on his college campus, and when they, not surprisingly, didn’t even know he existed, decided to kill them.
Incels seem to want women to soothe their inferiority complexes even more than they want them to soothe their libidos. This is born out by the fact that most incels are irate at the notion that they could just hire escorts. Access to affection and sex is much less important than the belief that they are entitled to have women give that to them on their terms. They want women less than they want the societal cache that would give to them.”
This shit isn't just going to "go away" because it's intertwined with a whole bunch of other "manosphere" groups with similar aggrievements - mainly that women and other races no longer "know their place." Young boys are being recruited on gaming sites and indoctrinated into this sort of entitlement and hate. Guys like Tate and Peterson are getting rich stoking the aggrievement (without actually helping men in any way).
FYI, research studies aren't done "for clicks." I really don't think that the Secret Service or the Canadian government give a frak about how something is received by the public at large because they are studying incels and the manosphere for their own security purposes. The fact that the results are published online doesn't change that.
