First off, this is still very much a man's world in all sorts of ways, despite a little bit of progress for women, but secondly, breaking out of the Act Like a Man Box is not going backwards and it's downright silly to believe that it should be considered as such. Men who live in countries that are more gender equal have longer, happier lives, better health, more sex - you name it. It's way better for them too.

More men are single because so many women are refusing to have anything to do with them. They're tired of being treated like a bang maid instead of a partner, and they no longer need to rely on men for financial security.

You've got a lot of feelings about all of this stuff, but I'm sorry to say, most of it doesn't align with statistics or reality.
