For 97% of human history, nobody led. We lived in egalitarian tribes and enclaves where everyone was seen as equal - not the same - but of equal value and worthy of care and resources. If we got back to THAT the world would really be a much better place. Women don't need to be led; they don't need to be taken care of. They need to be treated with respect and acknowledged as the capable, intelligent, resourceful beings that they are. After all, women were the first scientists and healers. Women invented agriculture, pottery, and even beer as well as most household appliances. They were hunters as well as gatherers and once war became a more common occurrence about 10k years ago, women often fought alongside men.
Trying to relegate them to the status of children who need daddy's care and leadership is misguided.
