Frankly, I've never liked those cards that are nothing more than a family photo, often taken on vacation. I want to hear what you've been up to, what interesting things you did this year above and beyond the cool vacation. I want some of you in the card, even if it's just one sentence handwritten at the bottom of a store-bought card. Otherwise, what's the point except to engage in some kind of Instagram-like contest? No thank you. Just keep on doing you!
