Glad to hear from someone else who hates them. I think it just starts everything off on the wrong foot to be so concerned about that. They weren’t a thing when our son was born, but we didn’t even find out from the sonograms. We just painted the nursery yellow and waited to be surprised at the hospital.

Interestingly, I read that the blogger who sparked the craze now regrets that she did so. She wants to let her daughter continue to be whoever she naturally is and not feel pushed towards what it means to be a girl.
