Have you ever spent any time in clothing-optional spaces? Because I have, and no one is ogling anyone else, or having non-stop sexual thoughts. If naked bodies were inherently sexual, no one would be able to keep their hands off of each other when nude, but that simply isn’t the case when nakedness is normalized. If you’ve ever been to a nude beach or other clothing optional space you’d get that nudity can be sexual, but it isn’t necessarily just as being fully clothed can be sexual as well.

Here’s my favorite ever piece about that:

“If you truly cared about my desire to live holy, you would take into consideration how your clothing (and how sexy you look in it) may be a potential stumbling block for me. Have you considered maybe wearing a suit that is too large for you? Perhaps that hideous tie in your (or your dad’s) closet from the 70s? Do you have any plaid?”

I'm a bitch, I'm a lover, I'm a child, I'm a mother, I'm a sinner, I'm a saint. I do not feel ashamed. I'm your hell, I'm your dream, I'm nothing in between.
