He strikes me as one of those guys who got his feelings hurt by a woman once, and then dove into the Manosphere where he continued to get fed and reinforced in misogynistic narratives. He seems to forget that Medium is not the Manosphere and that some of the things he asserts are not actually "mainstream" out here in the real world. I've never seen him say anything that actually makes sense - it's all just dumping angry, hurt feelings that he can't support with anything substantive. I steer clear of him now for that reason, but yeah, the brain is not engaged here, it's all just wounded emotions.
