He was decent looking, had a good job that paid well, lived in an area where there are plenty of places/opportunities to meet people, etc. Clearly, the problem was internal. He had emotional problems and needed therapy, but rather than take himself on in that way, he externalized it to hating women, when who he really hated was himself.
