Hells to the Yes on all of this! I help people figure out their lives for a living, but not by telling them what to do. I don’t know what’s right for them, but I do know that when they trust themselves and do a lot of the things you’ve named here, they will do just great — spectacularly even.

Yes, please just stop. It’s not doing anyone any good. I haven’t watched the news in maybe 25 years and I still know what’s going on in the world. And most of it I can’t personally affect anyhow, so knowing the in depth of every tragedy or the latest Trump outrage just bums me out for no good reason. No thank you!
