How can any spiritual truth apply only to the spiritual realm and not to everyday life? That doesn't even make any sense at all. And your explanation doesn't exactly clear it up. In fact, it reaffirms my point and not yours. And, not taking this verse literally is what allowed thousands of years of Christians to rationalize the subservience of women to say nothing of the inferiority of other races. It's more verbal gymnastics to create God in man's image.
And how exactly is it that you trust my expertise, but they you say absurd things like, "The social scientists (without knowing much of the conflict or hardships people wrought upon each other 50,000 years ago ..." We absolutely know a huge amount about all of that. I personally know a huge amount about that - because I've been studying it for 20 years and learning from people who have been studying it in depth for longer than that out of a wide variety of scientific disciplines.
You know what, I've really had just about enough of all this. It's been a sometimes interesting discussion, but mostly you seem to have a deep-seated issue with women saying they don't need men, and whatever emotions that triggers in you for whatever reasons. As far as I can tell, everything revolves around that. The fact that you can't even describe or delineate what "male nature" and "female nature" even mean indicates that is has no foundation in logic or reason - it's an emotional construct, and I get that it feels quite powerful to you, but I can't have a logical discussion with your subconscious wounding, so I think we'd better just call it a day.
