My use of the term law was a bit broad, since it is currently only a part of the legal codes of a few states as of now, but my point was that when people lie to obtain money, we call it theft. When they lie to enter private property, we call it trespass. When they lie to obtain sex it really is the same thing and objecting that this sets up some kind of slippery slope is problematic because it would actually just be applying the legal principles around deception fairly.
