Hugs! Someone who knows I'm a life coach but that I don't see all that often said to me the other day, "You must be crazy busy right now." I told him that business was actually down. I think a lot of people are just barely hanging on and don't have the inner resources to reach out for help. They are just hunkered down in siege mode.

I wish we had a more supportive system. It's just unconscionable that you'd call counselors telling them you were on the verge of suicide and no-one had any help of any sort to offer.
