Human beings are electro-magnetic entities. Working with those energetic channels within our bodies in a systematic way is bound to produce results. I used to have an old dog who was very arthritic. The only thing that really helped him was dog-upuncture. After a treatment, he was able to navigate stairs he couldn’t do before and he was hardly susceptible to placebo effect. When he needed a tune up we’d be able to see his ability wane, and then improve again after he’d been seen by the vet who had acupuncture training. Why would hospitals and veterinary practices who are steeped in science use acupuncture if it weren’t effective?

I’ve been working with a third generation TCM doctor for a while now, and as he is putting the needles in, I can very clearly feel energy shifting in my body. I can also feel places where the needles are particularly needed because those are the ones that sting going in, where the other ones don’t. When I’ve had a very emotional week my left leg will involuntarily spasm as energy is being released from my Heart Channel. I didn’t realize that was what was happening until I asked him why my leg was doing that after it had happened several times.
