I actually know quite a lot about male sexuality and male experience. Besides studying it and reading about it, I have two male life partners, another male lover, and a son. I talk to the men in my life quite a bit about their experience of sexuality.

You seem to be conflating some kind of hurtful personal individual experience you’ve had with a broader sociological phenomenon and those are two entirely different things.

“Our bodies aren’t celebrated and considered passively sexy, beautiful, and lust inspiring.” Uh, I don’t know what planet you are living on, but yeah they are. Ask any woman you know what she thinks about that. If you imagine that you’d like to be objectified and treated like that is the only important thing about you, the only thing that you have to offer, the only value that you hold, I can promise you that you wouldn’t actually enjoy that.
