I actually read the entire thing. You keep saying that leadership is not about hierarchy but then discussing ways where it can only be that. You've mentioned evolutionary impulses that never existed, and otherwise tried to cling to patriarchal scripts without actually appearing to be doing so. Besides talking out of both sides of your mouth, you're seem to be searching for some way for men to stay relevant - but men who are strong enough and self-confident enough to be true partners are always relevant.
