I appreciate you highlighting these three problematic men. I'm guessing that some people might say that other than Weinstein, they are not Americans, and also that they are not necessarily representative of American culture - although I do think that in many ways they are because they all embody mainstream American beliefs about masculinity that glorify domination of others as well as controlling women and treating them as if they exist for male pleasure and enjoyment. They are extreme versions of these beliefs but nonetheless still on the same continuum.
