I appreciate your comment, but this is not an attempt to educate. It's an attempt to understand WTF is wrong with guys who insist they are progressive, that they are allies to women and minorities, and then who don't seem to comprehend even the basics of what is going on for those people they supposedly care about. I have no issue with people who disagree with me. I have a big issue with hypocrites who want to look good without actually doing the work. Don't pretend you're progressive if you don't even understand the basics of how privilege works. (This not being a personal You, Matt, but a plural You meaning these types of men).
