I can find people like actors attractive for the way that they look but in real life, attraction is lot more complex for me too. When I first met my partner Nat in person, I wasn’t that attracted to the way he looks. However, we’d been emailing and texting a lot and I was very into the energy and the connection that we had there. As I got to know him better and spent more physical time with him, I didn’t mind that he was so hairy, or that was built like a bear, rather than the slim Nordic type I’m usually drawn to, because I was in love with him, with all of him.
