I can't see your profile picture that well, but even if you are not a white man, you personally not being racist has little to no impact on the culture at large.

The military proves this, because they have a huge issue with rape and sexual harassment, by their own estimation. They've poured large amounts of money and effort into better training, etc., and the rates have actually gone up. There are plenty of men in the military who don't rape, but that alone has no impact on the number of victims because they haven't addressed the issue at the level of culture, only on a more individual level, and so it goes on that the Pentagon reports 38 men are raped every day and a full 25% of women in the military. 80% of them suffer sexual harassment.

You have to change the culture in order to create real impact and if you aren't helping to do that, you are contributing to the maintenance of the old and harmful system.
