I didn’t say it was nothing. As you noted above, I said it was a drop in the bucket. Thirteen thousand years in the span of several million is accurately described as a drop in the bucket, not just for Homo Sapiens but for all of their precursors as well (H. Habilis, H. Erectus, etc.)
