I do think it's true that everyone has insecurities but at nearly 60, I'm not remotely the woman I was even 10 years ago, much less when I was in my 20s. Most women don't hit their stride and begin to really peel back societal programming (that makes them more susceptible to PUA bullshit) until their 40s. This is a well documented phenomenon. It doesn't mean that all women get there fully - or at all - but there is generally a very noticeable difference between what women in mid-life and later will fall for or accept than when they are younger.
