I do think that it tends to decouple nudity from sexuality, and that this helps, but a lot of cat-calling and such isn't even really about sex, it's about domination, so I'm not 100% on how this all fits together but I do think that it does. Perhaps it's because the domination is taking place through sexual means, and having a healthier view about women's bodies and women as people and not just sex objects means less of that?
