I don't actually give a fuck about this - which is why I didn't bother to answer it. It's irrelevant. First of all, who are you to determine what is performative allyship or virtue-signaling? But in addition, if you are actually engaged in changing the culture, honing in on that stuff is probably not going to be your main focus. But, if you do feel the need to stroke your own ego and distract yourself from substance by worrying about that, I don't actually care, as long as you are doing the actual real work involved in the meaningful stuff that moves the needle.

I don't care about your red herrings, I don't care about your what about this or that, I care about you showing up and helping to impact the culture for the better. Be a substantive part of the solution or just admit that you don't actually care about that - that you'd rather play rhetorical games and administer tests of appropriateness than to actually do something because you are defensive about masculinity "being attacked."

Which one is it? At least be honest...
