I don't get the drawing on the shower door with soap - weird! But yes, we always try to leave a hotel room in decent shape, with trash in the cans, etc. Leaving a tip is a great idea. I've done that a few times when traveling with my son when he was young, but intend to do it more often. Thanks for the inside scoop!
