I don't have time to rebut this in detail either but I suggest you actually read the stories that I linked you which address nearly all of these assertions you've made - many of which are somewhat out of touch with what I've actually said.

Expecting to me have a book's worth of data and exposition on a topic as complex as egalitarianism in a 7 minute article and pretending that's a negation of my points is just frankly absurd.

It seems highly unlikely that we are ever going have a reasonable discussion much less agree on anything so in the future, I'm just going to refrain from attempting it.
