I don't know about this. I've seen studies where once men are taught to actually read women's body language and cues this goes away. In other words, it's a culturally learned behavior. Norway may be a lot more gender equal that other once patriarchal countries but they haven't escaped that history entirely. Women in Nordic countries, including Norway, still deal with high levels of rape and abuse. It really looks to me like this is a function of patriarchy and the gender dynamics that come with that, not evolutionary biology.
