I don't know if you are familiar with historian Heather Cox Richardson but this clip is a wonderful assessment of not only how we got to this place, but one that offers hope for the diverse majority to band together to take back democracy from the powerful minority - something that we did once before in 1854. It's 30 minutes long, but so well worth watching.
We've got a real fight ahead of us, but don't give up hope that we can reclaim democracy!
