I don't know that it's Stockhold syndrome most of the time. There are very well-documented prices to pay for people from historically marginalized groups speaking up about work-place inequality. That's why it's critical for men, and particularly white men, to become vocal and active allies in promoting fair and equal workplaces (and societies).
Women absolutely need to do a better job about believing other women's reports of sexual misconduct, and recognizing that denying this stuff won't keep them safe, or that men they like might be capable of inappropriate things. I will agree with that.
