I don't really understand what this means in the context of some guy pretending that rape is primarily perpetrated by the rich and famous. Unless "the popular crowd" is made up of men deflecting from the fact that they participate in and uphold rape culture - even if they aren't raping anybody - what you're saying doesn't make a lot of sense.
